Transitional Training: This is an opportunity for current or previous physical therapy patients to transition from physical therapy to a specifically designed exercise program. Your program is developed by our personal trainers in conjunction with your therapist to help you best reach your goals.

Small Group Training: Interested in personal training but want to do it with a friend or family member? Sign up for small group training and experience the undivided attention and motivation of a personal trainer coupled with fun and challenging partner/individual exercises. Limit of 3 people per session.

In Motion Personal Training Staff:

kristi-jordanKristi Jordan: Kristi studied through The National Strength Professionals Association to receive her personal training certification in 2008. For the first four years of her training career she worked as an assistant to a physical therapist located within an orthopedic physician’s office. During this time, she helped people recover from injuries as well as preparing for surgery and rehabilitating post operatively through exercise. For the next several years she worked as a trainer with a wide variety of clients ranging from high school athletes to hospice patients in both gym and in-home settings. She is dedicated to helping you, using an individualized approach, to be informed on proper exercise and nutritional choices to meet your needs and to achieve improved quality of life.
