Transitional Training: This is an opportunity for current or previous physical
therapy patients to transition from physical therapy to a specifically designed exercise program. Your program is developed by
our personal trainers in conjunction with your therapist to help you best reach your goals.
Small Group Training: Interested in personal training but want to do it with a friend
or family member? Sign up for small group training and experience the undivided attention and motivation of a personal trainer
coupled with fun and challenging partner/individual exercises. Limit of 3 people per session.
In Motion Personal Training Staff:
Ashley Rohrbach, Certified Personal Trainer: Ashley is a Level 1 and Level 2 certified personal trainer. She is currently finishing her bachelor’s in Kinesiology Movement Science at Arizona State University online. She has experience coaching adult group fitness and working with clients one on one for their specific exercise and nutrition goals.
When she finishes her degree in December she hopes to pursue a career in Corporate Wellness as well as continuing her personal training journey.
Ashley was born and raised in Downingtown and loves to meet and work with the people in her community.
