In accordance with Chester County's Health Department guidelines, we will be open from 7AM - 8PM, Mon - Fri and 7AM - 4PM weekends. We will continue to monitor our occupancy and ask members to practice safe hygiene and social distancing

Transitional Training: This is an opportunity for current or previous physical
therapy patients to transition from physical therapy to a specifically designed exercise program. Your program is developed by
our personal trainers in conjunction with your therapist to help you best reach your goals.

Small Group Training: Interested in personal training but want to do it with a friend
or family member? Sign up for small group training and experience the undivided attention and motivation of a personal trainer
coupled with fun and challenging partner/individual exercises. Limit of 3 people per session.

In Motion Personal Training Staff:

Ashley Rohrbach, Certified Personal Trainer: Ashley is a Level 1 and Level 2 certified personal trainer. She is currently finishing her bachelor’s in Kinesiology Movement Science at Arizona State University online. She has experience coaching adult group fitness and working with clients one on one for their specific exercise and nutrition goals.

When she finishes her degree in December she hopes to pursue a career in Corporate Wellness as well as continuing her personal training journey.

Ashley was born and raised in Downingtown and loves to meet and work with the people in her community.

Logan Musselman, Fitness Coach: Logan is a native of Chester County who attended Bishop Shanahan High School. He played both soccer and rugby during his high school career. While receiving his BA in Psychology from Widener, he was a member of the men’s soccer team. Since weight-training began during high school, he has fallen in love with the health industry and importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Logan is currently enrolled as a graduate student in Widener University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program. He continues to be mentored by his father, a personal trainer for over 30 years. He looks to incorporate what he is learning in the classroom into each training session to help people achieve their personal fitness goals.

Outside of work and school, Logan is an avid soccer player and coach. He currently coaches at Next Level Indoor Sports as a team coach and private soccer trainer. He also plays soccer on an amateur team in the Philadelphia area. He enjoys are reading and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through fitness and nutrition.

Logan comes equipped with a background knowledge in strength and conditioning, functional training, and experience working with all ages and types of people.
